AI’s growing presence in diverse sectors, such as voice assistants, facial recognition, and recommendation systems, underscores its role in people’s everyday lives as well as in diverse professional settings. Yet, its full potential can only be harnessed when used by operators understanding its capabilities and limitations.

In this project, I led user interface design for AI User project, an interactive tutoring system aimed at enhancing AI literacy for non-technical workforces at scale, funded by Cisco. I collaborated with AI experts in CMU Teel Lab and conducted evaluation research and cognitive task analysis to ascertain learning outcome and usability.
